I started asap to bring in what truly excites me. I’m on the lookout for products that will give Montreal a fresh and (even better) perspective on matcha. I’d also love to be the one to introduce the Hojicha wave here, it is such a unique, low-caffeine option. I’ll never have large quantities, and that’s exactly how I like it. I find little gems and bring them back so Montreal can enjoy them too. My goal is also to support coffee shops and elevate the matcha experience in the city, giving it the same care and precision as specialty coffee.
